Shipping Policy
Goods will be shipped within 3/4 days after purchase has been made. (Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not working days).
Orders will only be shipped when we have a complete delivery address, contact e-mail address and a contact telephone number. The shipment of orders may be delayed in the absence of any of this information and if any information provided is incorrect.
Irena Drezi will not be held responsible for package after postage.
Irena Drezi does not accept returns of goods.
Irena Drezi is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Irena Drezi’s control, e.g. extreme weather, acts of war, fire, lightning, changed governmental orders, technical problems, defects in power- /tele-/computer communications or other communication and defects or delays in the service. If any such situation should arise, Irena Drezi shall inform the Customer accordingly both at the beginning and the end of the period for the current situation.
We ensure all items are inspected before being dispatched for the purpose of quality control.
We use a variety of carriers and these include An Post, UPS, DHL, DPD and other recognised couriers.
The shipping rate is provided at checkout.
Restrictions
Irena Drezi will not be held responsible for any shipment delays that are out of our control.
Irena Drezi reserves the right to cancel shipment and the order of goods if we have any reason to believe that orders are fraudulent.
